Privacy

When you submit a request or sign up for flash-drop alerts, we collect the details you give us — name, email, Instagram handle, and what you tell us about the tattoo. We use it only to reply to you and manage your appointment.

We don't sell your data. Booking and email are handled by our service providers (database/hosting and transactional email). Your information is stored with them under their security terms.

Deposits & cancellations

A 25% non-refundable deposit secures every appointment and is applied to your final total. Reschedules require 72+ hours notice for the deposit to transfer; less than that forfeits it. No-shows forfeit the deposit.

Tattoo terms

Clients must be 21+ with valid government photo ID. We reserve the right to decline any request or refuse service to anyone under the influence. Aftercare is the client's responsibility; free touch-ups are offered within 60 days when aftercare has been followed.
